- A first job arrives 3 or 5 UK working days after that, depending on the route. I give you the exact date in writing.
- Every first job includes two rounds of written changes. Every later job includes one.
- On a first job, the invoice comes when you approve and is due in 7 days. With a purchase order, it can be up to 30 days.
What to send: links to the material the work should draw on, such as the current page or site, documents and notes.

- The clock starts when I confirm in writing that your brief is complete. Until then, a start date is only a booking.
- Page one arrives 5 UK working days after that. It is your first job, with two rounds of written changes.
- Later work is paid in advance. A project in stages (a full site, a rebuild or a renewal season) is invoiced stage by stage, each invoice when you approve that stage. In practice, each invoice comes when you approve a stage, and the next stage starts when that payment arrives.
- The dates for later pages are confirmed in writing within 1 UK working day of each payment arriving.
You can stop after approving page one and pay only the single-page price, USD 350 {GBP 270 | EUR 315}. If you continue, the site invoices apply.
Site invoice one, when you approve page one: USD 975 {GBP 750 | EUR 875}, which covers page one and pages two and three. Site invoice two, when you approve pages two and three: USD 975 {GBP 750 | EUR 875}, which covers pages four and five and the three launch emails. The two invoices add up to the site price, USD 1,950 {GBP 1,500 | EUR 1,750}. Page one is included in it, never charged on top.
What to send: the client project link, live or staging, the sitemap or wireframes, and a link to what your client has sent you. I never contact your client.
- Within 1 UK working day my reply confirms the date your hero arrives.
- It is the top section of one real, waiting client page, written from your client's material.
- If you go ahead, it becomes section one of the page.
Once per studio. Not a pitch, spec work or your studio's own site. Nothing to pay for the sample. The Terms still cover how we use each other's material.

- On a first job, the invoice comes when you approve and is due in 7 days. With a purchase order, it can be up to 30 days.
What to send: the link to your job ad, which piece you want first, and three links that sound like you. Add any PO or supplier reference you need on the invoice.
- Your first piece comes first, exactly as a single piece: 5 UK working days after I confirm your brief is complete, two rounds of written changes, invoiced when you approve.
- The block is 4 pieces from your job ad, 5 UK working days each, one round of changes each. It runs on the Desk, my repeat work in 4-week cycles. The Desk opens only after your first job is approved and paid.
- The block is invoiced in advance, due in 7 days, or up to 30 days with a purchase order. It starts on the first UK working day after both the first piece and the block balance are paid.
Your first piece is GBP 450 {USD 595 | EUR 525}, for one piece from your ad.
If you book the block within 14 days of approving your first piece, that piece becomes piece one of the block. Block total GBP 1,500 {USD 1,950 | EUR 1,750} for 4 pieces, which includes the first piece you already paid. You pay the rest, GBP 1,050 {USD 1,355 | EUR 1,225}, for the other three.
What to send: the link to your job ad, which piece you want first, and three links that sound like you. Add any PO or supplier reference you need on the invoice.

- If you want the full piece after that, reply to my email or use the start form.
